I guess I hadn’t been looking hard enough, but here is a site – sponsored by the American Health Information Management Association – that lists some 45 competing PHR products sorted by whether they are Internet-, paper- or software-based and how much they cost. Check it out at MyPHR.com.

The myPHR site gives you background on personal health records, why you might want to have one, resources and FAQs. This is a good place to start when and if you decide you need one of these products.
